Who we are

Built on a construction site, not in a boardroom

Wolf Rock Software Limited is a Cornish software company founded by Andrew Mears, director of Ökohaus Cornwall, a Passivhaus construction firm. Everything below was designed, built and shipped for daily use by a real construction business: its site crews, managers, subcontractors and clients. The company is named after the Wolf Rock lighthouse off Land's End.

Flagship work

The Ökohaus operations platform Live in production

A complete construction management system, in daily use across live building sites in Cornwall. Progressive web app for phones and iPads, running on Cloudflare's edge network (Workers, D1 database, R2 storage).

QR site sign-in and muster. Staff, subcontractors and visitors scan a QR on the site hoarding to sign in and out. Nothing to install. GPS geofencing, a live muster list for fire drills, and an office iPad kiosk.
Safety and compliance. Site inductions with re-sign on content change, weekly toolbox talks, RAMS tracking, hazard and incident logging, safety inspections, and CSCS ticket and training records. Built around CDM 2015.
Timesheets to payroll. Sign-ins draft hours automatically; managers approve; payroll, CIS statements and subcontractor bills flow into Xero without retyping.
Money. Client invoicing, quote writing, bill approval and a receipts pipeline, all integrated with Xero's API.
Project management. Scheduling with Gantt dependencies, drawings viewer, bill of quantities with live cost tracking, material sign-offs and package boards.
Client and subcontractor portals. Separate secure logins so clients see progress and approvals, and subcontractors see their bookings and paperwork.

An AI agent fleet that runs the back office

Alongside the app, Wolf Rock's founder has built and operates a fleet of over one hundred scheduled AI agents that do the company's repetitive knowledge work automatically, with human review where it matters.

Safety paperwork

Drafts weekly toolbox talks and RAMS matched to each site's actual upcoming tasks, and tracks certification expiry.

Finance

A seven-stage receipts pipeline, monthly CIS statements, subcontractor bill population and client invoice drafting, all into Xero.

Operations

Weekly meeting packs with minutes and actions, drawing register updates from email, attendance reports and data hygiene.

Oversight

Every agent reports into a signals dashboard with a daily "needs you today" list, so one person can supervise the whole fleet.

Public work

Live on the open web

Van lead page. A QR on the company vans links to hello.okohauscornwall.com, a branded landing page with an enquiry form feeding straight into the company's systems.
Visitor sign-in. Public QR sign-in pages used by every visitor to an Ökohaus site, meeting the firm's legal duty to know who is on site.

In development

Shipshape

Wolf Rock's first commercial product: the sign-in, induction and safety compliance system above, rebuilt as a subscription service for small UK contractors of 5 to 50 people. One QR on the hoarding covers sign-in, inductions, toolbox talks and muster. Priced at £90 per month, launching with pilot customers in Cornwall.
